Term & conditions
Product must be returned in their original condition/packaging with all accessories, manuals, software, and warranties enclosed in the original packaging. A re-stocking fee of 20% may be charged if the original box is damaged.
You can cancel your online order without any cancellation fee before the order has been shipped. Email or all us with your order number and we will cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it, do not open the shipment when it arrives.
Once your returned package has been received and tested by us, we will ship the replacement item or refunds to you within 14 days of receipt of the faulty item.
